Club Teorema — Personal Project
Club Teorema was born out of the need to recover the shared experience of watching films. Its aim was to create a community that could use the power of cinema as a bridge through which to reclaim collectivity during times of solitude— through this collectivity cinema unlocks its power to stir consciousness and transcend the limits of mere entertainment. Starting as a Telegram community, it developed into a series of curated thematic screenings followed by open debates. Once public life resumed, the film club moved to the physical space where it truly belonged. During the summer, we organized open-air screenings, bringing the community together beyond the digital sphere.

By the end of the summer, the film club hosted a festival celebrating local filmmakers, where short films and projects were presented and publicly shared, marking a milestone for the community.

We gathered to watch films, connected yet individual, each immersed in the story through our own headphones. The club maintained its own social media presence, serving as a platform for announcements, curated content, and community interaction.

Our first website featured our manifesto, a member-written blog, and a live join link. New members simply had to explain their three favorite films to ensure authentic participation.
